55 year old patient presented for a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast lift. Despite diet and exercise, she could not improve the appearance of her abdomen. She wanted more of a waistline and a flatter abdomen without the overhanging skin. For her breasts, she was happy with the size but wanted a conservative procedure to improve position and narrow the breasts. Surgery consisted of a full abdominoplasty with liposuction and a breast lift with a small reduction on the left for symmetry. These procedures were performed at the same time. Final results show an improved waistline, flatter abdomen, and improved breast position/shape.
