42 year old woman with right breast cancer. She is opting for a bilateral mastectomy. Unfortunately, the right nipple must be removed due to the cancer. Reconstruction is performed with tissue expanders followed by exchange to implants. The right nipple will be reconstructed in the future using the left nipple as a graft.
