50 yo female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with direct to implant reconstruction under the muscles with dermal matrix support. Her implants are 350cc HP Mentor silicone gel implants. The combination of nipple sparing mastectomies and the hidden scars in the breast crease lead to a superior cosmetic result.
