48 year old woman diagnosed with the BRCA 1 breast cancer gene mutation. To reduce her lifetime risk of breast cancer, she underwent a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. Reconstruction was performed with a single stage implant reconstruction. Natrelle 410 anatomic silicone gel implants, size 580cc MF were used. The final results are almost identical to the preoperative breasts with arguably a better overall shape after surgery.
