52 year old woman with a history of massive weight loss and deflated, sagging breasts. Her goals were to fill out the breasts and improve position. Mentor 480cc HPB (gummy bear) implants were used in a subglandular pocket with anchor scar mastopexies. The significant laxity in the tissues is challenging in these procedures but she has maintained position well. The scars are typically visible for 9-12 months after surgery and then fade.
