58 year old woman with left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomies with removal of the nipples. Her goals were a smaller breast overall in a single operation. Direct to implant reconstruction with Mentor 270cc MPX silicone gel implants on top of the muscle (prepectoral) was performed.
