52 year old woman with a history of massive weight loss and abdominal skin which folded over from the weight loss. Her goals were to tighten the skin and improve the contour. A full abdominoplasty with liposuction undermining was performed concurrently. Results demonstrate a significant improvement in the skin laxity, contour, and body shape.
