31 year old female with a 32A cup bra. Her breasts were different in size as well with tight skin below the nipple. Bilateral breast augmentation under the muscle with silicone gel implants – 350cc HP on the right, 325cc HP on the left. The breast tissue below the nipple required internal release to allow for the implant to fill out the lower breast pole. The incisions are in the areola and hidden very well.
