72 yo female who desired a breast reduction for her whole life, but was scared to undergo the procedure. She had a mass in one breast requiring a surgical excision (benign) and decided to finally undergo a breast reduction. She lost a total of 2.5lbs of breast tissue and was thrilled with her new size. As with most breast reductions in older patients, she emphatically stated, “I should have done this years ago!”
